How can I change my email, name, credit card?

You can transfer your Fully Kiosk products and services to another person or company.

1. For the Fully PLUS Single License you can change the email address registered for the license by this form.

2. For the Fully PLUS Volume License you can change the email address here.

3. For your Fully Cloud Account please login and complete the contact form to change the account email.

4. For your Paddle.com subscriptions please ask help@paddle.com to change your subscription to another email address and update the credit card information.

We recommend using mail forwarders such as it@mycompany.com or fully@mycompany.com for Fully Kiosk accounts to avoid changes when staff leave the company.
